The 4th SHINE LIKE STARS National Youth English Proficiency Show Finals, organised by the English for Specific Purposes Development and Promotion Association of Macao and CICE MACAU (Centre for International Cooperation in Education MACAU), and co-organised by National Geographic Learning in collaboration with the National Conditions Education (Macau) Association, this event is supported by the Education and Youth Development Bureau of the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Cultural Affairs Bureau, the Macao Government Tourism Office, United Prime Educational Publishing (HK) Limited, and THRASS, will be held at the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Blue Dolphin Island – National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base between 29 and 30 November 2025.
